“This property is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Upon checking in we had the pleasure of meeting Primitivo, one of the staff members, who was always going above and beyond. The staff was not only great to us, but my six-month Pomeranian was greated with his own bed and bowl. The Tropicana Restaurant is definitely a must, especially if Roberto is at the bar. He was kind and definitely knew hes stuff. We also did a tasting with the manager Christopher on the first night. What a great……

“It was an incredible surprise. The room was big and comfortable. It was a suite with a full kitchen. They also had a mini market with all tour basic needs. Breakfast was amazing and it was included.”

“Alex helped my wife and me during our stay. He was very kind and truly tried to provide the best service, which made us feel well taken care of. The hotel has a lot of positives. It’s located right in the heart of downtown, so we could easily walk to great restaurants and shopping spots. Also, the room was clean and stylish. The only downside was the noise at night. There’s a club nearby, so it can get a bit loud after midnight. But the hotel provides earplugs, which helped us sleep better.”
