“Amazing service. Alan and Isra from the butler service were each friendly and very helpful. Florinda , waitress at Siempre was fun and on the spot with her service. Francisco, waiter at Quivira Steakhouse made that evening a memorable dining experience. Overall the staff was wonderful, the facilities were beautiful. I look forward to returning! ”

“The scenery was beautiful and the weather was good, so our group arrived with great excitement, but the fountain at the entrance gate was broken, and in one bedroom, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the floor was soaking wet, and the floor had not been cleaned, so it was dirty with grime, and there were no towels in the bathroom except for shampoo. I think they are very lax in their management.”

“The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.”

“Beautiful views. Great customer service. Was treated very well and they were great with my food allergies. The Ridge is more exclusive than the regular Playa Grande. But you have full access to Playa Grande if you want. Plenty of pools, restaurants and walking distance to the Marina.”
