“MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. “We stayed in an upgraded "VIP" master suite room. It was very spacious, and our check-in process was lovely. We had a great view and enjoyed the amenities in general. The food throughout the entire resort was excellent, as was the service. Our private butler got us hooked up with whatever we needed. The only few complaints I have are that the furniture in our room needed replacing or a serious cleaning at best. It was all white and very dirty, plus not overly comfortable. Also, our shower……
