“What a dream it was to stay at this resort. The food was amazing from all restaurants, the staff was great and attentive, they did knock on our doors a bit too much at night which kind of freaked us out- it was after 8pm and not used to that. They were simply dropping off our champagne and one night had us mixed up for room service. Anyways other than that- 200% will come back!”

“The property is well maintained, and the views from the common areas framed by pillars and marble are gorgeous. The room was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. Could not hear the adjacent rooms when indoors. The restaurant Lena is fabulous - the Cuban night food was sensational - I wish it had been open every night. The other restaurant Vela had a charming atmosphere, but the food was average. Every member of staff interacted with were friendly, polite, and helpful.”

“MONEY STOLEN!! We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF. During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. “We had a wonderful stay at Hacienda Encantada. The property is really beautiful, and we were in a building that was centrally located to everything and had ocean views. Our room was a one bedroom suite which was really spacious with a kitchen, large patio with a grill and two bathrooms. It felt upscale and allowed us to feel comfortable.
