“Este hotel ha sido nuestro destino desde hace 5 años. Nos dieron un upgrade y nos dieron nuestro “early arrival”, pero nuestra habitación no estaba al 100%, pues encontramos un pastel a medio comer en el refrigerador, el servicio de café estaba sucio y lleno de azúcar, lo cual nos dio una mala impresión, y nos decepcionó. Claro, nos arreglaron el cuarto al pedirlo. No bajen la calidad y cuiden los detalles, y nos gusta mucho el hotel, pero estos detalles nos decepcionan. Eso si, todo lo demás……

The noise however was really loud under our treehouse, a few men were doing construction, so it was disappointing since we were looking forward to a relaxing stay. I was nervous to take an outdoor shower under the men. We moved rooms and it was better but the front staff seemed annoyed with the request.”
