“This condo was spectacular. The accommodations were perfect, it was just my husband and I but I’d love to come again with my family, plenty of room and everything was new and modern. I loved that it was so close to the marina area but far enough away to not be in the crazy spring break mentality crowd. Costco was literally 2 blocks away, across the street there is a boutique hotel with an amazing terrace and roof top restaurant with beautiful views and elegant vibe with live piano music. The……

“There is 2 types of Cabo trip in my opinion. Resort on the water, over paying for food. You don’t want to do anything. The other type is you want to be in a relaxing place while not spending big money but also getting 5 star views and amenities. My wife and I choose to sacrificed being on the water for the penthouse with a rooftop. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony over looking the ocean. 1 minute walk to Costco or Sorina. It was great grabbing quick thing for breakfast everyday.……

“The condo is great. Well equipped. Beautiful large balcony with BBQ, fire pit and great seating. The main bedroom has a very comfortable king bed, but the 2nd bedroom is only ideal for kids. For adults, the twin beds are too hard. Location is close to Cabo. About 6 minutes to Costco. The view is amazing and the pools are wonderful. There is a large community pool for adults and kids and there is another one with a higher elevation for adults only. It's a quiet community, very safe. A big Thank……

“We had a great stay in this unit. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and spacious. It is located about a 5-minute walk to the beach on an access path, right across the street. Heads up, the laundry is out on the back deck. The Momentum team were pleasant to deal with and quick to respond. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at Vista Vela II. The unit was lovely and the views amazing. We spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony and unwinding. It’s so convenient when you’re staying in a VRBO to have a grocery store and Costco literally a few hundred feet away! Makes the nights in hassle free. The only drawback is when you’re sitting outside the noise from the delivery trucks and highway are a distraction. Especially when you want to unplug and really decompress. The amenities are wonderful so……

“It was a nice place, safe and clean. I loved the roof top pool. For some reason the noise from the road was quite loud but with the ceiling fan on and with the hurricane shutter closed it was ok. The bed was comfortable. The view was good. Things in the place could you use repair. eg we both had to use the 2nd bedroom closet as the close doors did not work properly in the master. Overall I would rent this again. However we found out from our neighbours this is priced higher than most. ……

“This condo is in a nice development in a more established area (not a lot of construction in the immediate area like many spots in Cabo these days). Good gym and beautiful pool. This unit has higher end finishes. It is a ground floor unit, but there is still some view of the water.”
