“What a dream it was to stay at this resort. The food was amazing from all restaurants, the staff was great and attentive, they did knock on our doors a bit too much at night which kind of freaked us out- it was after 8pm and not used to that. They were simply dropping off our champagne and one night had us mixed up for room service. Anyways other than that- 200% will come back!”

“Fantastic stay”

“We had a wonderful stay at Hacienda Encantada. The property is really beautiful, and we were in a building that was centrally located to everything and had ocean views. Our room was a one bedroom suite which was really spacious with a kitchen, large patio with a grill and two bathrooms. It felt upscale and allowed us to feel comfortable. The food at the resort is also great with many options including a nice breakfast buffet, casual options and fine dining for dinner. We also had access to the……

“The property is well maintained, and the views from the common areas framed by pillars and marble are gorgeous. The room was comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. Could not hear the adjacent rooms when indoors. The restaurant Lena is fabulous - the Cuban night food was sensational - I wish it had been open every night. The other restaurant Vela had a charming atmosphere, but the food was average. Every member of staff interacted with were friendly, polite, and helpful.”
