“Overall, had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Ziva. The service from the staff was spectacular for the most part. My only criticisms of the hotel would be the following: kayaks need to be more available, broken pool tiles need to be fixed, play more music regularly in the pool area. ”

“Beautiful property and grounds, the room was fantastic, and we could watch sunset from our balcony. Housekeeping was very odd, and did not clean properly, we had to keep having them come in after they had ‘cleaned’. THERE IS NO SANDY BEACH. There’s are no sandy beaches on, near, or walkable to the property. It’s all very rocky, and the water is very rocky as well, so water shoes are a must. “I enjoyed the all inclusive plan. The kids club was good too. Not too many kids though. The rooms can have more snacks. The hotel was clean and the gardens were well kept. Overall, it was nice!”
