“The hotel is beautiful and the pool area is amazing. The staff is amazing!! We had an issue with our AC not cooling properly and we called the front desk and they had someone working on it within10 minutes. They offered us another room until our AC was repaired but we loved our second room so we stayed. The hotel even gave us a $180.00 credit! Everyone was very accommodating and attentive. The only con is the breakfast buffet. For the price they offer minimal choices and the eggs in the buffet……

“We really liked staying in this mexican style hotel. As it was our first stay in Mexico it was important for us to discover some mexican spirit and this hotel really had it. Location is just perfect, approximately 4 minutes walk to the beach, surrounded by nice cafes, bars. Hotel staff is polite and always ready to help. My reco is to visit Margarita PV bar (close to the hotel) with spectaculous cocktails. You can use common kitchen with fridge what is also good, there is a nice view from the……
