“This property is a hidden gem. Nestled above the town, it provides beautiful views of the bay. The service is top notch. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Our room had a king sized bed, a great living room space and a jacuzzi on the deck. Breakfast is included. I really loved this hotel, it’s relaxing and beautiful. ”

“Overall, had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Ziva. The service from the staff was spectacular for the most part. My only criticisms of the hotel would be the following: kayaks need to be more available, broken pool tiles need to be fixed, play more music regularly in the pool area. ”

“The location for this hotel was phenomenal. Located in the heart of the romantic zone and walking distance to the boardwalk. The beach here is divine. The rooms that have yet to be remodeled leave something to be desired but the staff and the amenities were great. There was always some type of food available, and the bartenders were quick. The bar service at the beach was fantastic, make sure to tip them and they will treat you like royalty.”

“Beautiful property and grounds, the room was fantastic, and we could watch sunset from our balcony. Housekeeping was very odd, and did not clean properly, we had to keep having them come in after they had ‘cleaned’. THERE IS NO SANDY BEACH. There’s are no sandy beaches on, near, or walkable to the property. It’s all very rocky, and the water is very rocky as well, so water shoes are a must.
