“The hotel is beautiful and the pool area is amazing. The staff is amazing!! We had an issue with our AC not cooling properly and we called the front desk and they had someone working on it within10 minutes. They offered us another room until our AC was repaired but we loved our second room so we stayed. The hotel even gave us a $180.00 credit! Everyone was very accommodating and attentive. The only con is the breakfast buffet. For the price they offer minimal choices and the eggs in the buffet……
