“We stayed in an upgraded "VIP" master suite room. It was very spacious, and our check-in process was lovely. We had a great view and enjoyed the amenities in general. The food throughout the entire resort was excellent, as was the service. Our private butler got us hooked up with whatever we needed. The only few complaints I have are that the furniture in our room needed replacing or a serious cleaning at best. It was all white and very dirty, plus not overly comfortable. Also, our shower……
