“已在hotel上book了三晚，并付了款。之后直接在lobby续订，刷信用卡。gay竟然将已book的三晚费用又重复收了一次。发现后与经理沟通，之后将重复收取的费用退还到信用卡中。希望hotel对类似事件要加强管理。 酒店属于公寓式，有小型厨房，适合中国客人烹调自己的食物。”
