“We could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too. I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful. The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable.……

“Ich habe einige schlechte Hotels bis jetzt erlebt, aber dieses Hotel hat alle übertroffen: laut, löchrige Badezimmertür, alt, unsauber, extremer Zigarettengeruch (habe das Fenster lange aufgemacht und Raumspray verlangt, dennoch stinkt meine Kleidung extrem). Ich bat um ein neues Zimmer; der Herr war freundlich und sagte direkt zu; diesmal ein anderes Problem: Die Federn der Matratze waren sehr gut zu spüren :) Ich drehte die Matratze um!!!!
