The architecture immediately started relieving the stress of travel and the beautifully maintained grounds and peaceful atmosphere helped us regain a sense of peace in the busy hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get away from stress and just breath freely for a few nights. We felt completely safe the whole stay and were treated with great kindness and deference.”

“The room we stayed in was in a separate property and reminded me of type of homes i grew up in. The staff were great to deal with were very prompt to requests. I loved the quantness of the resident.”

They were great to have around to help my family and i with planning our route to hit all the spots relevant to the allied invasion of 1944.”

“This is a very nice, well-kept property. The room was very nice, and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. There are potentially a lot of steps up and down on the property to get to one's room, so handicapped persons might experience some difficulty. The immediate area around the hotel is quiet, so moving one's car to load and unload luggage wasn't a problem, but the parking lot is small and down the hill from the hotel. The restaurant on site was very nice and the food was good.”
