“We brought our 3 teenage sons here and it was perfect! Clean and in the center of town. We did lots of tours in every direction and it felt like a central location for all of that, too.”

“Location on the hill was beautiful. The pool was also very nice. The only issue we had was due to lack of booked rooms the restaurant and bar was closed for dinner and breakfast on our last day. ”

“The staff are friendly, willing to help and they are able to set up tours and taxis for you. We liked the restaurant in the resort and found it to be delicious. We also liked that the pool was opened late. They have a great bar, cafe and gift shop as well. We stayed in one of the Cabanas and there is a hammock so you can enjoy the spectacular view from the enclosed porch. We would definitely stay again.”

“The guesthouse is located in an 80 year old historic building that is on the side of town where locals live and shop. It's a short walk from the bus terminal, San Ignacio market, Cahal Pech, Green Iguana Conservation, and other touristic sites. Max is a great host who sent us a lot of local recommendations from sightseeing places to restaurants. He also gave us recommendations on places we can go on our own, ones we needed a guide and local events that we can attend to better understand the……

“De algehele ruimte is prima, het matras en de hoofdkussens waren goed. Een plafondventilator en een staande ventilator aanwezig en voldoende. Geen airco. Het sanitair voldoende maar goedkoop, alles afgewerkt met heel dun plastic (douchecabine, wc bril). Service is goed. Waar je rekening mee moet houden is de geluidsoverlast. Honden, verkeer, eigen verhuur van auto's en luid piepende en krakende tussendeuren. De 4 kamers liggen dicht tegen elkaar aan en direct langs de weg en het eigen……

“Rolson provided a great base for our travel in the San Ignacio area. The downtown is not too far but not really an easy walk away so you’ll need transportation like a taxi or car. The rooms are well priced and tour guides know it’s location so can accommodate direct hotel transfers. Very handy having a restaurant and bar and pool to dip into after hot day touring! ”

“It is loca tired right on the heart of San Ignacio so very convenient , rooms are very descent… staff on arrival wasn’t very helpful we asked the guy about tours and he was talking on the phone barely greeted us and said would have to ask about that and let know later …”
