“Was provided the password to the WiFi upon check-in, but it would not connect. Called the front office twice about 30 minutes apart to find out if it was down and let it ring at least 50 times each with no answer. Talked to same desk manager at check-in and maybe the owner/manager the next morning at check-out to complain. The owner/manager said I should have called and I told him I did with the details above. He said they would do better. Also, the cold water knob was so difficult to turn……

“The room was very spacious and clean! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The young lady (Alina?) who worked at the Reception Desk was fantastic and extremely helpful… a GREAT asset to Comfort Inn! Our Direct TV service had gone down and she immediately came to our room to help! She went through a number of procedures (with a smile on her face) to get us back up and running! She was very respectful and very friendly too. We appreciated her expert and pleasant customer service……

“We travel with 2 dogs and stay often at Red Roof. They are hit and miss as a budget hotel. This 1 is a hit! The room was newly renovated with a nice job. Perhaps the best room we have had at these hotels! ”

“I was cked in swiftly by Michael. He was very professional and polite. He gave me a down and out and then showed on a map how to get to room told me times for breakfast. Michael was fantastic rooms were freshly remodeled ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Very friendly people. Budget friendly motel. Needs a bit of updating but it was clean. Across the street from a Loves gas station, which is convenient. I liked that they seemed to book rooms every other one so we didn’t bother each other. That was very smart. ”

The only thing that may be worth considering if you are traveling with a large group of girls that will be staying in multiple rooms by themselves, is that they also have a lot of construction workers staying there. We did not have one issue but I would've booked a different hotel had I known. ”

“It was fine for a pass though for the night. Bed was comfy. Tv worked. Refrigerator and microwave. No coffee though. Not in the room or lobby. Parking outside your door. Walk to walmart. Right behind hotel. Of course it needs updating. I would stay again. I slept good there. ”
