“The staff are friendly and nice, with water dispenser on each floor for easy water refilling. There is also a good pub right next door for quality dining. On the downside, the room and the equipment is a bit worn down (e.g. loose socket, aged building materials) and the room doesn't come with all the sanity packs one usually expected (although they are available upon request). It is also pretty noisy throughout day and night, with party sounds coming from nearby pubs and emergency vehicles'……

“Staff was extremely friendly and polite. Hotel is in a great location. The rooms facing Whyte Ave. can be a bit noisy at night -- ask for a room facing away from Whyte Ave. Room was clean and bathroom had a nice walk-in shower. Breakfast at Ampersand (located in the hotel) was delicious.”
