Whatever issues we did have, Rocchi and Jose were very quick to address and were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout our entire 3 night stay. Service at the spa was also top notch - Trina is incredibly experienced and really took care of us.”

“We loved staying in the little cottage - so spacious/high ceiling and very nicely furnished - huge bathroom with walk-in shower was a plus! Great location to wander main street shops/restaurants in Calistoga after driving through Napa Valley. Loved the hotel's next door restaurant outdoor ambiance/live music, beer and pizza! The lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly on checkin and checkout. ”

“What a great place to stay. Sadly we were in town for a funeral and just needed a quiet, relaxed, comfortable place for a few nights. While the buildings and rooms are a bit dated, Roman Spa staff were friendly and helpful, could walk to everything in town from the hotel, had amazing foot massages at the spa, pools were clean and heated, room was clean as can be with a kitchen that had everything needed to cook or to store leftovers from restaurants. The grounds were lovely and well maintained.……
