“We had a very good stay. The descriptions are accurate. There are a couple of updates. From the materials provided in advance, the entry instructions need to be updated (there is a lock code on the door versus a key box). Also, the wifi access information needs to be updated and the landline is not functional. Also, the chiminea has been upgraded to a gas firepit.We found that the walk to beach access was very easy. “Perfect for our needs. Nice big open kitchen living room area was great for our family. We were an older group that can’t get together that often and this was really a common area that was good for all of us to connect. Peaceful morning overlooking the river enjoying our coffee. Would definitely rent again. Host answered all questions in a timely manner.”

“I only stayed one night because I had an evening event in the area. I wish I would have stayed longer. It would have been a great place for me to get some rest and it inspired me as an author to write. I was also able to walk to the beach. I could have ridden one of the provided bikes. “The place was quaint, on quiet street, close to the train and an easy 10 min walk to town. For a cottage it was quite large. Wonderful backyard for a dog and to hang. The one bathroom was a bit inconvenient for the folks staying upstairs but manageable for a four day stay. AJ was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would come back again.”

“We have been visiting the South Fork of Long Island for 12 years. In the past we stayed near Riverhead. When we found this location so close to where we were going to spend our time it was a real nice find. The apartment is bigger then expected and very clean and comfortable. We are going to make every effort to return to this apartment next year. The host was great and was very nice an accommodating. ”
