“Excellent location. Great breakfast buffet. Excellent staff. The ferry station is just right in front of the hotel. Scenic, walking distance to Villa Carlotta. Lot’s of restaurants close by and they have a great one within the hotel as well. ”

“What a AMAZING view! This is not a “fancy” room, and the hotel doesn’t have many amenities (like a pool or gym) that many other restaurants have. But this is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was good size and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was awesome. Amazing view, great food and service with decent prices. The breakfast was 5 star. Same amazing view with a huge selection of great food, juices and coffee drinks! Did I mention the view? No……

“What a wonderful place this is. Situated in the heart of Menaggio with easy access, easy parking, everything conveniently in walking distance. The room was perfect for two people, and the little balcony with adorable lake views… amazing! Was a perfect location for our Lake Como stay, we took a day pass and hoped off and on ferries and went to Bellagio, Varenna etc. Perfetto!”

“Hotel is a bit out of the way but that suited us. Lovely hotel and friendly staff but not much English spoken. Main issue was the Air Conditioning, or lack of it. They do have in all the rooms but when i asked how to work it they said it is not turned on yet as is not the season! Our room was really hot. We opening the balcony door but as it is on a very busy road the noise was too loud. Such a shame. ”

“Gute Lage, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen, sauber, essen sehr gut Die Zimmer sowie ihre Ausstattung haben ihre Zeit hinter sich. Es gibt sogar Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad, das habe ich ja schon lange nicht mehr gesehen und ist eigentlich auch bei den hiesigen Preisen inakzeptabel. Die Matratzen waren der Horror. Eine kleine Variation von Freigetränken auf dem Zimmer ist eine sehr nette Geste!”
