“Arrived to find hotel had technical issues and we were re-routed to their sister hotel .. on the face of it not a big problem however we were travelling on a tight schedule and missed our concert that we had booked for that evening , the hotel looked after us well and a refund gratefully received, very honourable..... ”

“The hotel staff didn't allow me to check in 2 hours earlier of and had to talk to them nicely. But later they upgraded the my room to suite one. The room is very nice and clean. The cleaning crews were nice and did a great job. The staff helped me to get the baggages in and out. Overall it was a great and comfortable stay. I still prefer the hotel front should allow to check in few hours earlier. Thanks again.”

“I was travelling with my nephew and niece, aged 13 & 10 respectively, and stopped over for two nights after touring London. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff manning the reception desk has shown enthuasim towards us. All staff was friendly and rendered assistance when necessary. It was a spacious room with a king size bed. Also very impressive with the cooking facility. The amenity included a swimming pool that made the kids happy in hot weather. The hotel……
