“Otelde herşey kusursuzca düşünülmüş. Otelin lokasyonu boğazın en güzel yerlerinden. Rahatlıkla tüm gününüzü otelde boğaza karşı oturarak geçirebilirsiniz. Yetişkin oteli olmasından dolayı sakin ve huzurlu. Çalışanlar çok eğitimli ve ilgili. Yönetim çok ilgili.Özellikle italyan restoranı çok yeterli. Kahvaltısı çok yeterli. Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu. ”

“I travel frequently around the world for business and I must say that Gaia Suites Istanbul was one of the coziest, cleanest and most authentic hotels I've stayed at. The only challenge was the stairs and lack of an elevator to the lobby level (and from lobby level to the elevator level) but other than that, it was an excellent stay. Surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of Besiktas. Highly recommended.”

“This hotel is a gem located right along the Bosphorus. Easy access to the ferry, solid dining options and walkable destinations abound. Couple of things to note... 1. Road access to the hotel is limited by time of day, and is routinely pedestrian only. This means that you will likely need to carry bags to / from the hotel from the main road (about 75 meters). 2. There is a night club somewhere close to the hotel that plays house music (thumping bass) until about 2am on weeknights and 4am on……

“As most was positive about the hotel, I’ll just mention the negative as a way the hotel could improve the customer experience. They have several cutting edge (for hotels, at least) electronic systems that aren’t explained in any way other than icons, and we are left to figure it out on our own… and if we don’t, we miss getting our room cleaned and resupplied. Plus the “nightlight” feature turns on not only some under cabinet lighting in the bathroom (very much appreciated) but also lighting at……

“Very nice ambience and very warm hosts. Located in the immediate vicinity of the ferry. Therefore ideal. However, the neighborhood is quite noisy at night. But absolutely recommended. ”

“Her şey güzeldi ancak odanın birinci günü çöpleri atılmamış yeni bardaklar konulmamıştı. 2. Gün bulaşıkların birazı yıkanmış yine yeni bardak konulmamış yatak düzeltilmemişti. Ancak otel genel olarak çok iyi. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Semih bey, işletmenin kesinlikle kaybetmemesi gereken işini mükemmel yapan bir beyfendi. Özellikle kendisine çok çok çok teşekkür ederim 🙏 tekrar geleceğim 👍”
