“Lovely Hotel, our room didn’t have air conditioning so would recommend asking for a room with air conditioning in the warmer months. Night Manager or Porter was extremely rude!.!. Other than that food was fab”

“The town of Arklow is a quaint, quiet little town, very walkable, a river nearby. The Hotels proprietor was a very friendly, kind, helpful man. Check in at the bar was quick, room was nicely renovated, it could have been the time of year but it was VERY quiet in the upstairs area, I felt like I was the only one staying there. There was a bountiful, delicious breakfast the next morning, a full Irish breakfast and I had a lovely chat with the barkeep....he had been working there for 50……

We informed the hotel it was our wedding anniversary and they provided sweet treats in the room which was really thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. ”
