“The Austria House is a beautiful property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. “Lovely condo with a view to the woods. Spacious for 4 adults. Beds were super comfy and the floor plan was great, with the living area separating the 2 bedrooms. We took advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. It was a hot weekend so we were very thankful for the A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the condition of the shower door, which really needs replacing and some caulking. Overall we really liked the location which made for a quieter stay. We’ll go back……

“There aren’t enough superlatives for me to conjure in describing what an extraordinary stay and how extraordinary the staff was at every opportunity. Previous reviewers spoke about the level of service and willingness to go beyond the standard in describing hotel staffers. From firsthand experience, I can tell you this is absolutely true. To a degree, I want to downplay my compliments so as not to change the character of this hotel and keep it a secret but the truth is it’s an extraordinary……
