“A lovely upgraded beach cabin. You stay in the second and third floor with a gorgeous beachfront view. We saw sea lions swimming and beautiful sunsets. I loved the bathtub! We stayed with another couple, so had to borrow their bathroom shower a couple of times. The tub has a sprayer wand, but that doesn't work for everyone. We had a hard (hot) time with synthetic fabrics on the bed, but with host Ryan's help, we found a set of cotton sheets in the house, and washed them to reduce……

“Clean home with great updates that was very accommodating for our group of 7 (three adult couples and one college student). We really enjoyed the beauty of the area. The house had absolutely everything we needed for cooking family meals. As with many old homes, the stairs are a little steep and there is a main floor bedroom for those who need to avoid stairs. ”

I probably would have chosen a different rental had I read the whole listing regarding how far the house was from the parking and that would have been a big mistake! We would have missed the eagles, harbor seals, otters, waterfowl and big crabs in and above the clear water of Paradise Cove! The mention of the walk was in the listing but it wasn’t as clear as it should be. We had to walk over……
