“We stayed here one night before I had to leave for Tennessee the next morning. The accommodations are fabulous, the staff is amazing and the hotel is very quiet. There is no elevator, so if you need accommodations without stairs you will need to ask for first floor. Breakfast was amazing, as was the bar service and snacks. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I had a fantastic stay in The Luciana! Contactless check-in was a breeze. The room has a nice, minimalist decor and was very clean. As a solo female traveller, the location and building felt safe. The Luciana is tucked away at the back of the second floor and I rarely heard other guests, although I could see it being nosier in rooms near the front entrance. A couple extras I appreciated: USB charging station, real coffee creamers in the fridge (nothing worse than the powdered coffee whitener you……

“215 Washington Hotel is a standout among a plethora of hotels. Upon entering the property a beautifully designed and cozy library awaits. My suite was the same. The bed was adorned with soft linens and pillows, the kitchen was fully stocked and bathroom was well pointed. Bravo !! ”

“Perfect location to explore Santa Fe....the Plaza, the Lensic with Lunasa, the galleries, the artisans, the food etc. all within walking distance. It was nice & quiet at night & the morning brought the sounds of various song birds. Michael, our host, was very responsive with any questions we had about the Ella. ”

“Be prepared that the property has no on-site staff. And response to your questions aren't very timely. That said, we had no issues. Amenities are nice. The property is well-kept, very clean and new smelling. And nice eye-catching addition is the small art gallery that is right off the lobby. Oh, and parking, while complimentary, is a block and a half away. Not far but not on site. ”
