“Overall it was a nice, small place. I would HIGHLY recommend you bring your own king size sheets - unless you like polyester sheets. And bring your pillow, they were absolutely horrible - like somone stuffed old socks and sweaters into a pillowcase. Also, the windows need repair, they are very heavy and do not stay open on their own. You can prop them open, but watch out for your fingers! The floors are VERY warped, but whatever, it's an old building. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and……

“My Dad and I were just here for two days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quant little cottage by the lake. It’s a beautiful area to take a walk and enjoy the scenery with a custard shop and gift shop nearby in walking distance. There is a nice sitting area outside as well. The condo was beautiful and located right in the middle of downtown Asheville. And the fact the condo was dog friendly made it even better. The communication from the Host was spot on and professional and there were no issues with the condo. It was absolutely as advertised. The Arras building is exceptionally clean and the restaurant and bar were both excellent.……

“The condo is perfect. It is new and well decorated. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked like alll the needed items were there. The location in the downtown is great. You can easily walk to all the downtown attractions, shopping and restaurants. The one down side is the location to the bus station which is directly across the street.
