“WE wanted a get a way and rented this property for 3 weeks. We had short visits from our three children and families and the rest of the time we enjoyed being together alone. We found the location to be very well located for many activities, venues, restaurants and vistas. We loved watching the falls and a pair of white squirrels which decided to visit while we were there. Morning coffee on the porch was delightful and wine in the evening was a special treat.. “It was a great location as far as getting to places. I do want to mention the bus stop across the street. It didn’t bother us at all but some people it might. We saw about 7 or 8 homeless people but again that does not bother me. Super clean and well stocked. ”

“This property was the perfect rental for our five nights stay in Sapphire, North Carolina. All the beautiful walking trails and waterfalls were within a short drive, the farmers market and tons of restaurants were about a five minute drive away and beautiful Lake. Fairfield was just a walk down the hill. The two-story townhouse had a lovely porch off the living room where we sit many evenings and enjoyed our wine. It's very secure, centrally located, and the patio will have you hanging out on the balcony as much as you are exploring Asheville. Property managers are top notch and do a great job communicating everything. We will definitely book this place again when we return! ”
