“This condo is absolutely perfect! It has every thing you could possibly want and more. The location is walking distance to many restaurants, events, and bars. Parking in the city garage across the street is fast and easy. The beds, linens, and towels are all top quality. The host could not be more helpful or friendly. This will be our go-to condo every time we come to AVL.”

“Overall it was a nice, small place. I would HIGHLY recommend you bring your own king size sheets - unless you like polyester sheets. And bring your pillow, they were absolutely horrible - like somone stuffed old socks and sweaters into a pillowcase. Also, the windows need repair, they are very heavy and do not stay open on their own. You can prop them open, but watch out for your fingers! The floors are VERY warped, but whatever, it's an old building. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean and……

“We love this property. Have stayed in this condo more than once. It’s beautifully decorated and very well kept. Love the location also. ”

“My Dad and I were just here for two days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quant little cottage by the lake. It’s a beautiful area to take a walk and enjoy the scenery with a custard shop and gift shop nearby in walking distance. There is a nice sitting area outside as well. Lisa was very friendly and accommodating adding small extras to make our stay even more enjoyable! It was just the right size for me and my dad! We lookForward toComing back! ”

“In a single word, DELIGHTFUL. My wife and I just returned home from BLUE RIDGE ESCAPE and we both think it was an awesome experience. The condo was beautiful and located right in the middle of downtown Asheville. And the fact the condo was dog friendly made it even better. The communication from the Host was spot on and professional and there were no issues with the condo. It was absolutely as advertised. “We will come back. The unit is well furnished and located proximate to downtown, restaurants, shops. Walk anywhere downtown. It is comfortable and clean. Parking is secure in gated garage. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Highly recommend. ”

“We stayed at Springdale the weekend after Christmas when visiting family. There was an issue with our room and we were upgraded for free which was a pleasant surprise. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Wendy at the Front was so helpful and very friendly, she really made our stay exceptional! We ate at the restaurant which was also good. Wonderful stay and nice perks in rooms!”
