“Paddock House is an amazing rental property in the heart of Ithaca. Perfect neighborhood accessible to most of the key attractions. Ithaca falls is a few minutes walk and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property.Though the house is old but it was maintained in a great condition, all rooms were clean and appreciate the owners for taking good care. We would consider this property if we have to come back to Ithaca.”

“The property was private and perfect as a home base for our vacation. We hiked at Watkins Glen, Buttermilk Falls, and Taughannock Falls, spent a day at Corning Glass, and another day at Cornell’s botanical gardens, arboretum and art museum, visited wineries and even a found a cheese tasting—all of this within easy driving distance from the house. Many hosts are in the business to make money with as little attention to detail as possible, but this was not the case with Lindsey. We were greeted……

“Very friendly hosts. We enjoyed our stay and meeting you and your dogs. The place was clean and well maintained. The AC in the bedroom worked great. The WiFi worked well except for some sporadic drops. Overall, we had a good time and would recommend this to friends.”

“The Mountain Queen cabin was perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. We loved just sitting on the porch listening to the birds and it was also conveniently located for visiting several of the beautiful state parks in the area.”

“It was a great place to stay and close to state parks. ( Watkins Glen, Buttermilk Falls, Robert Treman, and Taughannock. It had most main essentials for basic cooking, but only gave us 2 washcloths for family of 5. Nice grill and firepit to enjoy. Very clean and good communication from the hosts. Very pretty secluded area but only 20 minutes away from a town with a store or restaurant. ”

“The location was convenient for the three places we were visiting - Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Corning. Plenty of space, and comfortable as well. The layout of Unit 2 is a little tough to discern from the pictures, but you walk in the front door to the kitchen/dining/living, with the bathroom and bedroom behind. Then downstairs to another "family room" with a larger TV. There is a little noise from the upstairs neighbor, mostly due to the age of the house and wooden floors, but otherwise quiet.……
