“One of the best VRBO‘s I have ever stayed at the host was amazing. I let her know I was traveling with a two year-old and her and her team went out their way to accommodate me to make sure I had everything he needed from highchair, plate, sippy cups blankets, his own personal soaps it was greatly appreciated. The property was very clean and new. I definitely will be back when in the area.”

“We used the Haven as our base for 5 days in Ithaca. The location is a short walk from the Commons where we ate out and took in an outdoor concert. You can even walk to the Cascadilla Gorge/Falls. You are a short drive to everything else as the place is in the heart of Ithaca. It was plenty spacious for my wife and I. Very large shower. Workable kitchen. Parking was easy, right out front. “We had an amazing time! Scottland Yard Farm is a hand made thoughtful gem of a place to stay. The wildflowers and animals make it feel like a fairy tale. Our kids loved the pool and feeding the koi fish. The beds were comfortable, but we did need to bring two twin size air mattresses to accommodate our family. These fit easily in the loft. The whole place would be great to rent with other families for a joint vacation or event. Thank you Duane and Andrea for an unforgettable experience.”

“Hi! Had a pretty good time at this location. Had everything we were looking for to make out time in the ithaca area pleasant. 2 small issues though. 1. The 'guest parking' accesses the property via a short but narrow flight of stone stairs which for an older person or someone with unsteady balance may be precarious.2. The owner who lives upstairs has at-least 1 cat and the rental space had a feline scent to it. As someone who is allergic to cats, that was an issue. I would recommend the owner……

“My mom and I went to Candor to visit her hometown and childhood friends and we chose this location to stay in Spencer. It is within a beautifully and well kept historic property. While there are other units we had our own dedicated space and we wouldn’t have known anyone else was there. Conveniently located next to Nickals park and Lake which was beautiful and has a convenient little mile hiking trail around he water. The diner down the block and the pizzeria are delicious!
