“We always select this hotel when we pick up or drop off my daughter for her starting or ending school at Cornell University.”

“Self check in was a little disconcerting. Initially, hotel contacted us in regards to my stay few days in advance. But on the day of check in, no one contacted us with instructions on our self check in even after the check in time of 3 pm. We had to locate their phone number and contact them. Even then, they could not find our reservation which was prepaid. Eventually, they found it and text us the room, front door and room passcodes. They even sent us info for 2 different room but we only……

“在小镇上的酒店很干净，房间大也非常舒服，有沙发和小厨房。早上起床就看到了美丽的雪景，安静的很。酒店的早点真是不太好，选择很少，没有肉类，只有面包和冷的煮鸡蛋。”

“是一个老牌酒店，其实清洁跟员工服务都不错，可能因为前2年covid住得人少，导致我们半夜枕头上不停爬出来小虫子，很害怕爬到我女儿的小鼻子小耳朵里，半夜给我们换了房间。第二晚的房间也顺利退掉了。但如果家具设备不彻底翻新我应该不会再住。”
