“We had a great time at the Olive Branch! The room was well outfitted, tastefully decorated with lots of flourishes and a very comfortable bed. It took a few minutes to figure out how to lock the door when we left, but we got it. Oddly the shower had a cloth shower curtain, but no liner. We were able to use it anyway, but either made a soggy bottom if it was inside the shower, or a wet floor if we left it out. There is a powerful fan in the bathroom that helped us to dry things out, so it wasn’t……

“For a new listing to VRBO, the property did not meet our expectations. Check in time on app was incorrect delaying our activities. Communication with owner was delay and resulted in conversation with VRBO. Pictures of apartment were not accurate to the unit. The property is in a "Corporate Apartment" complex but apartment is nowhere near the standards of a corporate apartment. The cable remote didn't work. TV in bedroom was plugged in but no cable hook up. Windowsill and door frame damaged by……

“First, about the host .. I found Michelle to be very sincere and compassionate. The apartment was fantastic... Light, airy, super comfortable. The location was ideal for me, just a couple of short blocks from downtown. No need to drive all over fighting traffic and looking for parking. Ample convenient assigned off street parking right out the door. Neighbors and neighborhood was very quiet. Kitchen was equipped with anything you could need for cooking and serving... dining room comfortably……

We had a large group of friends in the area and we were able to rent the pool area on the Swimply app for a group gathering. Everyone had a blast and loved the pool.Overall, great stay!”

“We had Suite 3, but family had reserved the various parts of the property for an event. It was perfect. The décor was so interesting, homey and historical with botanical prints. The huge deck and common areas were perfect for sharing time. We had a nice time on a bike ride. The Outpost is set behind a house and barn, so finding it in the beginning was hard. I would definitely return!”

“Friendly owner. Came over when I couldn't start the pilot light on the gas wall heater. A few blocks away from some excellent restaurants in the historic district. It's in a remodeled basement with air ducts so head clearance is limited for tall folk.”

“Furniture appeared to be random and old as if bought from a thrift store. Flooring baseboards were broke and chipped. Mold was visible in areas in the restroom. Had to kill small roaches at least once every other day until I bought a pesticide. Would not recommend a stay here ever. Luckily I was working most of the time. ”
