“I have never seen a hotel like this. They were very specific on customer behaviors they felt as acceptable. Signs were posted everywhere. It almost felt they were too controlling. But as a customer, I actually liked it! It's a paradigm shift for me. Would I reserve a room again? Probably. Actually definitely! I just wish I knew these things before I booked.”

“Overall this is a great place and very convenient for going to Shenandoah. The only aspect where I thought things were lacking was the cleaning, as there was a bag of trash left hanging from the door and there was no shampoo. I didn’t discover the missing shampoo until it was too late to do anything about it, which was unfortunate because I really wanted to wash my hair.”

“Stayed her with my boyfriend for his birthday. It was a nice getaway stay! The place was super cute and had everything you needed. We were able to go to the caverns and hangout around the house it did rain so we didn’t get to do many outdoor activities but still a beautiful scenery while watching scary movies. “My fiancé and I stayed here two nights for our anniversary and it was amazing! The cabin is adorable and the views are breathtaking even from the bedroom windows. Everything was clean, and anything we needed or didnt bring was already there for us. Property manager is very nice and promptly returned my message when I had a question about the firestick. Great location as well, with town being less than 10 min away. Overall loved this place and will definitely stay here again!”
