“Cute cabin with lots of character and amenities - spices, condiments, games, books, and movies. We only stayed a few days but it was very comfortable for our family of four (teenage kids). We hiked at Seven Bends and fished the river by wading below the rapids and using our newly learned fly fishing skills from the Murray Fly Fishing shop in Edinburg. A very nice getaway!”

“We stayed for a long weekend following Christmas - needed to get away from the city for a bit. It's a beautiful house with a great view and good location. It was just 3 of us so the space was fine -- I am not sure I would recommend it for a larger group in winter, as you'd really be on top of each other. For the other three seasons, the deck, hot-tub, and firepit would all be great ways to spread out. Would definitely love to go back sometime in the future!”

“We really enjoyed staying in this cozy house in the woods. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking or kayaking the Shenandoah. We had a campfire and used the hottub daily. Plenty of room for each of us to have our own space, but cozy enough for gamenights, too! ”

“We rented the Pond Cabin since my son had two golf tournaments in the area for the weekend. This place was great. Very spacious and the pond was the big point of interest! We fished daily! The massage chair was also a hit! ”

“This cabin was great for our weekend get away near to the valley's wine country. Everything is modern, comfortable, and available-- there is no roughing it.Almost everything is well labeled so you know where to find whatever you're looking for. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, which is good because there's not many places to eat in the immediate area. We found everything to be clean and in working order. Nice view of the hills off the back porch. Would definitely stay again. Make sure……

“We met up with some old high school friends. We enjoyed hiking by day and reminiscing in the hot tub at night.The pool was a bit too cold still and bugs were bad. Bring bug spray end enjoy the beautiful view.”

“Very nice, well equiped and well taken care of. Accurate listing of features and ammenities. Was bigger than pictures made it appear. Really enjoyed the deck, and hot tub to soothe or legs an feet after long day of hiking. Only issue was all the bed mattresses were really firm and uncomfortable to some in our group. ”
