“My two friends and I had a lovely weekend at this quaint and cozy guest house. It is within a quick and easy walk (even in sub-freezing temperatures) to interesting and fun downtown restaurant, art and shopping venues and an easy drive to hiking at the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. “My family stayed at this beautiful home for four nights over the New Years holiday. The great room was perfect for us. We had windows on four sides to look out at the gorgeous hills and snow. “This house is roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the area. There were six of us. Location is good for visiting World's End State Park and local hiking. We chose not to purchase a temporary membership in Eagles Mere Association. (For our weekend stay, the Association quoted us a $70 fee in order to use facilities. Since we were attending a family reunion in the area we didn't feel we would have time to use the facilities enough to make it worthwhile.) The house had games,……

“Celebrated my sons 21st birthday with a family fall vacation. Home is just a short drive to wellsboro and Blackwell for trails . We arrived earlier then expected and the family was so nice to allow us to check in earlier . We do use vrbo a lot and the communication with this rental was top notch . My favorite part of the fish camp was the kitchen . Fully stocked with every pot pan you name it we had it . I do enjoy cooking when we have a rental as I work a lot of hours and look forward……

“Great place for some peace and quiet. Loved watching all the different birds that come to the pond. The fishing was excellent! My son and I caught over 50 Bass during our stay. It was a blast.”

“This cabin was so clean. It was wonderful. Located on the main highway, however we never noticed any traffic noise. We were even out in the backyard with a fire. The location to the Rail Trail and Pine Creek was literally a walk through the yard. The property is very well maintained and very clean. The loft area gets very warm, however if you keep the fans (which are owner provided) on, it really helps to regulate the temperature. We thoroughly enjoyed this Cabin. Make sure to bring your……

“It was a comfy and cozy cabin in the woods. Kitchen was well supplied and all linens and towels were provided which was amazing. They had a hot tub which was nice. We did have a small hiccup with the water pressure, but the hosts were on it and had someone out the next morning to fix the issue. The cabin was clean. We will definitely consider this cabin for another stay. ”
