“Overall, it was a great house. Beautiful architecture inside. Near Golden Gate Park, which we took advantage of. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to market. It’s more residential area. Great living and dining room for our family. Beds were comfy. On the downside, it is not well stocked. We needed to buy toilet paper, no extra trash bags, no broom, no wine opener, and only a small 5 cup coffee maker. Closets and drawers were unorganized. But overall we enjoyed our stay and communication……

“The property is definitely older with creaks and old lighting that requires TLC to turn on. My husband said that added to its charm. We had a group of 9 that this accomodated well. Cute and adequate kitchen. House did get cooler towards the back bedroom areas. Plenty of amenities provoded. Iron, soaps, hair prodicts, pantry items, extra toiletries and even baby gear (which we didn't need but is thoughtful for guests who do). We didn't need to contact the host but seemed like plenty of info was……

“The unit was as described very clean the beds were very comfy! It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own private bathrooms.”

“Sadly the pictures on the website make the house look spacious and clean, and the reality is it’s the opposite. I’ve been messaging the host day prior and during our stay no response.The house is DIRTY! From the Bathroom, Tub, Towels, Comforter and the floors. I literally showered with my sandals on, I refused to be barefoot in that house.No iron in the house. We were supposed to have 6 people in that house, thank god we didn’t. They only had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper with no site of extra……

“If you just need a place to lay your head. Not too fancy at all. Very clean and nice bathroom. I only had one outlet that worked which was also in the bathroom but that was fine with me just needed to charge my phone and watch for the night . There is no fridge in the room so don’t buy food that needs to be cold. ”

“PROS: - Simple, clean room -- As a traveler, I spend most of my time exploring the city than being in my hotel room. This room was perfect because all I needed was a bathroom and a place to sleep. No extra frills needed. - Close to everything -- This hotel is practically in the center of the city, and is close to many bus/train lines that can take you to all of SF's attractions and neighborhoods. Many good restaurants are within walking distance. - Friendly staff -- The receptionists made……

“We wanted to stay someplace special to celebrate my son’s graduation from law school, and we found the perfect place! The property is lovely, the rooms are well appointed and clean, and the unit was spacious. The icing on the cake was the rooftop entertainment area, which had a beautiful view and had comfortable furniture. We were challenged with the entry code a couple of times, but otherwise, we had a thoroughly great time!”
