“Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The breakfast and food in the hotel was lacking. There was no coffee in the room, but there was a coffee maker. You had to buy a K cup for $3.50. No daily Maid service. We requested someone to come in to clean the bathroom, but no response. Was located in a great area with very nice resort surrounding us walking distance. We really enjoyed the gondola ride that we could go down to the market and public transportation depot and come back up.……

“This was a huge birthday for me. The room was beautiful. We had a great view and a lovely patio. The fireplace was great. Unfortunately, we didn't figue out the shower has a sauna until the day before we left. The worst part was The Edge restaurant which was extremely over priced. ”

“I arrived late in the evening and the hotel was empty. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the bellman who offered valet for 70 a night. I chose to park in the public parking garage which is a very short walk down the same block from the hotel. The two front desk night person and night valet had trouble simply giving me my room key and letting me grab my own bags at the speed I wanted. The front desk person thought it was a good idea to have the bellman "take me up to my room", instead of simplying……

“The suite is spacious and has two comfortable king-size beds. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and everything was very clean. We loved using the two outdoor hot tubs in the snow and walking around the Canyons village. The owner was very responsive and amazing. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this suite to other families. ”
