“There are some places you stay that you forget as soon as you leave and others you will remember for a long time. This falls into the latter. It's as described rustic and a life photo. There is a mix of decorations that to me were cool and interesting. WiFi was good, small galleon kitchen, didn't use but looked sufficient. The real winner here is being able to sit right on a river deck, ducks and geese everywhere, frogs playing the banjos, beavers swimming by (never seen a beaver in my life……

“We had a wonderful stay here in the heart of Chéticamp. It was quite special to be on the water and be able to sit out with a drink in the lovely little outdoor space. It is mostly private on three sides, with many people walking by enjoying the boardwalk, but that didn’t bother us. We picked up pizza from next door which was great, and were in close walking distance to a great little cafe down the street, and the Doryman pub a ways further for some drinks and music. “Our family really enjoyed our short stay in this cozy little cottage. The private hot tub was definitely a highlight! Close to the Pleasant Bay harbour, whale watching and a rocky but nice beach. Highly recommend the Rusty Anchor resteraunt a short 10 minute drive away. ”
