“Such a quiet and relaxing stay. The room was very nice and the staff very courteous. What impressed me the most is that we left a garment bag with a week’s worth of clothing and it was held until we sent someone to pick it up for us considering we traveled from out of State. I can appreciate the staff’s professionalism and honesty considering I’ve left something behind at another hotel and didn’t get it back. ”

“Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only had one hiccup. Miss understanding about the shuttle service. But we addressed the problem & Bally’s makes it right. Room was a bit small & there’s no fridge or microwave. But other than that we had a very pleasant experience. My husband & I were extremely impressed with the staff. 👍👍😊”

“Janice is a wonderful host! The house was great! Breakfast's were very tasty (she even fried special eggs for my husband). Make sure if you go there to eat at Sammy's across the street (it was so good, we ate there 3 times. Also Mike the tiger was a highlight (he seems to be active and playful in the mornings). I would definitely stay there again and recommend it!”

“Property was clean and quiet. The hallways and rooms were clean. Loved the breakfast and kickback meal options. Only complaint i have is we were on the 7th floor and it looked as if the ceiling had a leak previous to our stay. Ceiling did not look good. The repair work looked sketchy and not cosmetically pleasing. But other than that i was very satisfied with our stay”

“Very nice. Loved the attention to detail and lobby. Felt higher end. Bed comfy, bath very good. Breakfast- average, powdered eggs. They did have soft drink available though. Parking lot doesnt match front door... little confusing. ”

“In town for a quick stop while traveling from Ga to Tx. Very smooth and refreshing check-in, Sonia was very helpful. Room was extremely modern with all the bells and whistles (full fridge, stove, sink & dishwasher). Room was very clean and smelling fresh. Room wasn’t very large but enough to maneuver around without a hassle. Bed was comfortable and I slept undisturbed all night. Only area for improvement I could think of was that the breakfast was lack luster, mainly the eggs & sausage tasted……
