“The Hotel is in a quiet location which is good in my opinion. There is an easy walk to the main street, where you are able to access, cafes and shopping malls either by taxi or the Maxim car (i.e. like Grab) from the Hotel or use the air con buses or jeepneys.
Hotel is a lovely decor and is clean. Rooms are a good size beds are very comfortable bathrooms are always cleaned. Room cleaning is done each day.

“Stayed at this hotel several Times over the years when I am in the City. Hotel under going upgrade renovation. Adjacent to Robinsons Mall also under going renovation. Comfy bed, Good AC, Good water pressure and heater. NO fridge but have electric kettle, cups for use. There is a small safe and phone. NO toiletries so bring your own as they have only liquid soap and shampoo cannisters. Have a small Restaurant there with Good Choices for breakfast.”
“We did not expect that the condition of the room is such. The room was not prepared for occupancy. The sink was not cleaned. The same with the bathroom with no toilet paper. The TV cannot be operated using the remote that we have to call the office for help. We are supposed to stay for 4 nights but has to checked out the next day because of the unfavorable condition. I have to tell the office staff person to clean the room as it has not been cleaned prior to our use. Her respond was SORRY. I……
