“We were celebrating my 60th birthday with family and friends. We had a few things planned around Abersoch and the location was perfect right in the centre and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We really just wanted to eat and drink and celebrate together in the house and it was a perfect space to do this. The bedrooms were all a great size. Lovely clean comfy beds and plenty of room everywhere. We had 3 Labradors with us and so needed space and it really was a perfect home for the weekend. We……

“Came with my husband, parents, and sister and her husband, small dog and 2 children. The property gave us ample space to enjoy time together and relax apart. It was clean and inviting when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the showers had good pressure. We enjoyed some beautiful walks from the property, with views over Barmouth. This was a great base for our family trip to North Wales. 😊”

“Very good location. Nice views over the water, walks round the town and harbour, and easy for scenic drives round the Llyn peninsular. Clean and well appointed house, and the hosts could not have done any more to make the stay more enjoyable. ”

“We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. ”
