“Really quiet and nice place for a holiday.”

“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs ”

“Wir hatten wunderschöne Zimmer in den neuen, angebauten Lodges mit Terrasse. Das einzige was man bemängeln könnte, ist dass die Zimmer sehr warm sind und man nicht richtig lüften kann. Es gibt nur die Glas-Türe und ein Kippfenster im hinteren Bereich. Das Essen im Restaurant 1892 ist hervorragend und auch das Frühstücksmenü lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir genossen einen Ruhetag im Spa und der Umgebung. Alle Bereiche sind sehr gut Rollstuhlgängig. Es gibt 1 spezielles rollstuhlgängiges Zimmer,……

“We enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Hotel. Great location central very close to the Jahangir indian restaurant we had booked a meal at. Very clean room, comfy bed, nice shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. A nice trolley was in room with coffe, tea facilities and jelly beans and biscuits. “Good place for vacation. A bit over priced ”

“There is no air con and the window cannot be opened. There is no curtain near the bath tub. No staff come to clean up after 11 am. Breakfast which costs 12.5 pounds but very few choices . Small hotel not quite the same as in the advertisement. ”
