“Clean hotel in a good location. Above the station, over the road from Discovery and the V&A. Only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. Staff were lovely. Pillows felt cheap though. Premier Inn have better pillows I did have to park a little walk away, possibly there were better options if I'd researched, but definitely no parking on site ”

“Loved our 2 night stay there . We had a Junior Suite which was wonderful with sea view and Juliette windows which opened.. so just like having a balcony. However it transpired when we booked in that there are different types of Junior Suite. The one allocated to us was also wonderful with a separate living are but no Juliette windows . However the receptionist managed to change rooms so we got exactly what we wanted ( and thought we had booked!) Breakfasts were excellent. Buffet starters but……

It was a family trip and they placed us all right next to each other. It was the perfect time away and the room was huge, very clean and just perfect. Thank you so much. ”

“Just a one night stay on our way up north . It’s an old building so no lift but full of character . I’m the carers for my brother who is traveling with me & the hotel made sure that we had rooms next to each other . The rooms are ok , comfortable beds , nice ensuite bathroom but obviously as it’s an older building they aren’t like a travel inn. The breakfast was excellent & as a vegan the staff went out if their way to make sure that I had a good breakfast that I could eat . My brother……

“This is a lovely hotel. I was made welcome and parking was fine (which can be important). I was given a double room even though I had booked a single, which was a nice touch. Walkable to the centre and lots to see. I visited the Discovery centre and Verdant works. Ran out of time for the V & A museum. I was pleasantly surprised with Dundee and would go back.”

“Gundie was a lovely host. The room was quiet and clean with organic products throughout. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. The grounds were exactly what you would picture a Scottish countryside to be…birds chirping, wildflowers abounding and friendly chickens. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay. We loved it!”

“When we arrived and went to reception to check it the lady was very welcoming and professional and friendly she explained about the lodge and what was available and gave us the keys to our lodge when to the lodge it was absolutely stunning very clean fresh and perfect the hot tib was maintained each morning and all staff were availbale if we needed anything this place is the best lodge we have stayed in 100% recommended ”
