“First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out. “They have great reception team! Super big smile! I don’t really like the waiter, he kinda of weird but it’s ok. I like the housekeeping as they tidy near! He is super hardworking but they don’t change your sheet at all though but it’s okay. As long I self change my pillow case daily is fine . “Bus 60 from Milano Centrale stopped almost outside. Nice looking building which clean throughout. Room was spacious, large comfortable bed with side tables both sides. Large bathroom, but the over bath shower was very narrow. The water was hot though. Continental breakfast including omlette was nice. ”

“Small modern hotel within 15 minutes from the center of Milan by train- clean, modern rooms with great amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. This hotel is located in Ciutta Studi neighborhood, a safe, lovely neighborhood which houses the largest polytechnic institute in Milan. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel. ”

A noisy room

"I have mentioned to have a silent room about one month before I arrive. Unfortunately the room window towards bar street which makes noise at night and morning also included truck noise, street cleaning noise … otherwise all are good! Especially the food in sfizo, good quality and tasty as usual! Really suggest to go to try! The team from hotel is good! Smiling and warm. "

"This is my second time stayed in this hotel, it is so convenient for moving around, when you get out of the hotel and you can see the Milan central train station. Satisfied for every thing, nice services and nice sweet chocolate for first day and everyday. Highly recommended and I will stay in this hotel if I go to Milan again."
