“Myself and my grandson were in town for a sleepover and pick up of auction stuff the following day. I did phone ahead to make sure that I would be able to get a room focused to the lobby or at least closest to the elevators if I was up on the second third or fourth floor. I was greeted and received a room close to the lobby. Couple of complaints I have. Are the eggs that had too much water in them. I was not aware until I got there that I would be charged a hundred dollar security deposit. I'm……

“I will say it's probably one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at recently the room is very clean and creative with appliances. And even had a laundry basket. Very pleased and will definitely stay again”

“You have to wait for half an hour to check in. Because there is no person at the front desk. The customer service is terrible. The room is very dirty. Do not come here. Terrible place. The worst experience I have ever had. ”

“My stay at The Grady was amazing! It is such a beautiful facility with stunning rooms, great food, great staff, and is accessible to so much in a short walkable distance. I want to give a special shoutout to the Gentleman at the front desk in the mornings - always so personable and nice. As well as to Farrah (hope I spelled it right) in the evenings who was so much fun to talk to and helpful with ideas for fun in the area. I will definitely be staying at The Grady every time I visit……
