“This is a family-friendly, comfortable hotel in a lovely location. The free hotel shuttle to Old Juan and Escambron beach (which has a lovely calm area for swimming and a more open area for snorkeling) was very, very convenient. The shuttle also goes to the T-Mobile District which has resturants, bars, cinemas, zip-lining and an arcade, but you can walk there in 5 minutes if you miss the shuttle. “What an amazing stay!! I normally stay at La Concha hotel across the street but decided to switch it up this time while in Condado. Hector at the front desk was a great host. He was attentive amd made some great recommendations. The hotel location is great and close to literally everything. I must say i wasnt sure what to expect from the hotel itself but it was clean and modern. I ended getting the 2 bedroom suite for my wife and i as some of the reviews complained about the room sizes.
