“We loved our stay at Regency House. Every singe detail was thought out and taken care of. The furnishings were amazing and the staff was incredibly attentive. We felt like we had a slice of luxury in Belfast. I would definitely go back!”

“Beautiful hotel, great position near lots of attractions and short walk to the centre. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The whole setting was splendid and super quality. However, the hotel is not yet at the standard that is expected. Staffing levels were low. Lots of waiting around in the bar and to be seated. Lack of service attention in meals . We dined at the Wolff grill on the Saturday evening . Staffing levels low and service felt rushed . Clearly a lack of maitre d on duty managing……

“The Ulsterville is an amazing place to stay. We love it so much this is our third time to stay here! The shower is great and the beds are so comfy. There was a storm this time for our check in day so the nice lady from the Ulsterville rang us and let us push back our trip by one day at no extra cost…so nice of them. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Belfast! (Private car park is an added bonus)”

“Family of 4, girls enjoyed the spa whilst the boys went swimming. Could do with a few more options but I believe there's plans to extend the spa area in the near future. Would recommend for a short break. Adjoining tea room serves great food during the day but no dinner service, with very nice service - highly recommended. ”
