“The house was huge, and located close to Rowlette and Rockwall. Grocery store a mile away incase you forgot anything. The pool and hot tub were exactly what we were looking for. I really wanted to fish and use the kayaks, however the property didnt have a good area to do that, you had to go down the block which was at the end of the road( about 4 houses). Huge yard for kids to play, and for the furbabies. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sun set. ”

“Not only was the house accommodating and spacious, we could all come together for meals, which is important to our family. The pool was a huge hit! Very clean and comfortable all around. The owner was tremendously welcoming. Great area in regard to activities and places to eat. We were there for the paint horse association worlds. The fact that this house was not far from the stockyards helped us tremendously. Overall it’s an outstanding experience. If we come back next year for the show we will……

“Hosted extended family for Thanksgiving and needed more space than our home offered. The Argyle Villa was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and a dedicated bathroom for each of the four bedrooms. The country setting was unique and enjoyable. Host was very responsive addressing one small access issue that arose during the stay.”

“We had everything we needed for our stay in Dallas. The house was comfortable and well-kept. The backyard was well-lit, warm, and relaxed. We enjoyed the fire pit and the cool weather at night. Some of the neighbors were a bit loud—blaring music well into the night—but they kept to themselves, and we hardly noticed them once we were indoors. Our group enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Great host!”

“This location saved us a ton of money by housing our family who came to town for our son's graduation. There was plenty of room for all our guests. The large laundry room area was perfect for storing extra water bottles and food items needed for the graduation party. We would stay here again.”
