Loud. - Replace small (child size) table in dinning area - A smattering of silverware, 2, plates, cups, no ice trays, -Replace velvet sofa with no velvet. Looked dirty. 1 cushion had no fabric, placed sheets down to have a place to sit. Couch is too big for small area so right up……

“We loved this property and the management. Everything was flawless. The staff was polite, efficient, and responsive. Up-to-date furnishings and amenities. It is ideally located near Lakewood and Swiss Avenue, with an “easy shot” everywhere in Dallas. Thanks to Jenn and the entire crew. Highly recommend this property and Ritzy Room. ”

“Property is old/ worn/dirty. The unit was filthy! Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Bathroom toilet had a huge amount of dried urine on the underside of toilet seat. Bathroom sink had dried toothpaste and men’s whiskers all over it and the wall. The bathroom counter had rotten wood and is falling apart. We had to stay one night as we had no other place to stay. Upon following directions and stripping the bed, there was no mattress pad cover, and the mattress was stained horribly.”

“If I could give this place more stars I would. The host is wonderful and very accommodating. She was also very kind when I lost her key card. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is clean and very comfortable. I would stay again next time we are in Dallas. Highly recommend this apartment. Great communication from the host. ”

“The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience.”

“The kitchen cooking supplies were poorly cleaned and the lack of overall hospitality was disappointing. There were four towels even though we had booked for 5. There were no kitchen towels. The coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned and it had mold in it. We checked out immediately. If we had seen it in person first we would not have booked it. ”

“We stayed here to attend medical appointments. It was very nice and we enjoyed the room. We will stay here again, if necessary.”
